Shipping Policy – Shop Mania Wholesale

Processing Time: All orders for Shop Mania Wholesale are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping Time:

For India:

We offer Standard Shipping, delivering orders within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) during regular seasons.

For International orders:

We deliver international orders within 20 – 45 days, depending on the courier partner and mode of transportation.

Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline at +91 95034 18119 or emailing contact@shopmaniawholesale.com.

Delivery Costs: We calculate delivery costs based on the weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Failed Delivery: In cases where delivery fails due to reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or the absence of cooperation from the customer, the package will be returned to us (Shop Mania Wholesale) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes the shipping costs incurred, and the deducted amount will be from the total order to be refunded.

Carriers: We use reliable carriers such as Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and E com Express for all deliveries.

Upon Receipt of Your Order: Inspect the package and its contents carefully before signing for receipt. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us on the day of delivery.

Bank Holidays: We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
