If you receive a defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the defect. The video must show the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible.
Without video proof, we will not be able to process the return or refund.

Return Process
Submit Your Request – Email or WhatsApp us at 9833198295 with your order details and unboxing video.
Approval & Next Steps – After verification, we will approve the return and provide instructions for the next steps.
Replacement or Refund – Upon receiving the defective item, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for non-defective products.
Any claims made without a video proof will not be processed.
Clearance items and bulk orders are non-returnable, except for genuine defects.
